Edina Realty announced this morning that Kris Lindahl, an experienced real estate agent, will be hosting a short sale resources seminar in Hugo, MN over the weekend. Lindahl is expected to introduce the crowd to online resources that he has made available to the general public including several short sale calculators, a recently published eBook, and a video series on YouTube. Lindahl will also field any general real estate questions that the audience has.
Among other things Kris Lindahl will cover the short sale process step by step, starting with finding the right agent. “Finding an experienced agent is one of the most important steps in the process,” Kris Lindahl says, and continues,” You’ll also need to give yourself an adequate amount of time to insure that foreclosure does not set in.”
The scheduled Hugo seminar is part of a larger campaign run by Kris Lindahl and his team to visit as many cities as possible and cover many different banks and lenders. “The complexity of the short sale process demands that we specify for the community how each of them works,” Kris Lindahl said.
